Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the only woman to take home in the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir - an Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit participant and media star is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The media acclaim she earned came from her becoming the first woman to have taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. She is also known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. She was a keen sportsperson and began working out at an early age. Her first participation was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California and did very well. Annie Thorisdottir is 31, (by the year 2021). She's 5'7 and weighs around 67kg. Annie started CrossFit in California 2009. Annie did very well in her initial competitions, placing in the top 10 in the rankings. She was not able to win any awards but ended up in 11th place on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen. Annie came in second in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. After a year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment brought her the honor of being named. Annie, who had an impressive 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to have won the two CrossFit Games. She also received a medal that was silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie was a well-known athlete when she gained fame. She has been associated on behalf of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydrolysis Sidekick Yerbae, among others. She also has her own Youtube channel titled "Annie", with over 1000 viewers. This is the channel where she posts videos on eating habits, parenting and travel.
